We recommend each property begins with a single scent throughout. It avoids confusion and creates a stronger memory for guests. A hotel may choose Shade, Meadow or Altitude according to its architecture, location & atmosphere.
Later, for selected properties, Valdaire can develop a private scent direction created exclusively for you.
Once your fragrance is in place, we take care of the rest. Our scheduled scent care service keeps every diffuser refreshed, refilled and performing exactly as intended — season after season, with no effort from your team. You never need to monitor levels or arrange replacements.
No stock to manage, nothing to reorder. The atmosphere simply remains consistent.
Extend the experience beyond the stay. Each Valdaire vessel can be made available for purchase, letting guests bring the atmosphere of your property into their own home. A discreet QR code or plaque — placed beside the vessel or set into its base — gives instant access to the product page without disrupting your interior.
Orders are placed directly through Valdaire, with no inventory, packaging or extra work for your team. For your guests, it becomes a lasting reminder of their stay; for your property, it quietly strengthens your brand long after check-out.

You choose one Valdaire scent: Shade, Meadow or Altitude. We advise on the most suitable direction for the property.
We prepare a tailored proposal: vessel quantity, placement recommendations & a service plan built around your property’s needs.
We prepare the vessels, reeds and fragrance refills. Installation is simple, quiet and adapted to the hotel’s rhythm.
We return at scheduled intervals to refill, refresh & care for every vessel — so your fragrance stays consistent all year, without attention from your team.
A discreet QR code lets interested guests discover the scent and purchase directly, so the atmosphere of your property continues beyond check-out.
Valdaire is especially suited to places that value material quality, atmosphere & detail.
One annual price per diffuser — everything included: the hand-thrown vessel, the reeds, fragrance refills through the season, our seasonal visits & placement guidance. The price reduces as the installation grows.
The vessels remain part of the Valdaire collection, provided on loan as part of the service. You pay only for scent care.
